A physical contact
B perceived lowly status of primary teaching as a career
C unattractive salary
Between 1992 and 2001 the number of women increased by 13% and men decreased by 9%
Men leave teaching to get better jobs!
But I actually know the biggest reason mean leave teaching... at work they only get to talk to women!

Ha ha, speaking from experience huh? :-) Don't blame them - maybe that is why our young maori boys don't hang around for too long at school either!
